Organizational structure

Operating with a business vision naturally leads to efficiency and optimization in resource management. Therefore, program operation expenses amount to 5.92% of total revenue.

Our staff works from offices located in nine cities throughout the state. Our main offices are located in the city of Chihuahua, providing support and coordinating state-wide efforts.

Our staff works under the supervision of a 130-member board of directors who volunteer their talent and expertise to review grant proposals and oversee programs. All board members are leaders from the business community, selected in collaboration with business and trade associations in their respective city.

Each region is represented in the State Board of Directors, which gives final approval for all grant proposals and program implementation. The Board of Directors is comprised of:

  • A Board Chair.
  • 20 business community representatives from 9 cities in the state (Camargo, Chihuahua, Cuauhtemoc, Delicias, Jimenez, Juarez, Nuevo Casas Grandes, Parral, and Ojinaga).
  • The General Director, is an ex-officio board member who serves as Secretary with no voting privileges.
